Aklaline cleaner treatment to remove emulsified oils

Heatbath^® EXTEND is an additive for alkaline cleaners that will combine with the emulsified oil in the working bath and float that oil to the surface where it can be easily skimmed - either mechanically or manually.  Treatment using EXTEND can greatly increase bath life of your cleaners.  EXTEND is used in small amounts, 2 to 5 gallons per 1,000 gallons of cleaner.  EXTEND will extract and hold up to 10 times its own volume of oils.  Savings can be measured in reduced cleaner usage, less waste treatment cost and decreased down time.
