High Performance Trivalent Chromate for Zinc Plate
Triumph Plus is a new trivalent blue chromate conversion coating used over zinc electroplate that provides unsurpassed corrosion protection. Salt spray resistance in the range of 120-250 hours can be obtained. The Triumph Plus coating readily accepts various dyes and the chromate film produced is stable at high temperatures.
Triumph Plus contains NO hexavalent chromium and the bath produces excellent coatings even with elevated zinc and iron levels. Used in rack and barrel operations, Triumph Plus consistently produces an aesthetically pleasing, polished blue appearance.
