SCALE KLEEN 5 A highly alkaline and oxidizing salt bath mixture used for the non-electrolytic descaling of most ferrous alloys and conditioning of surface oxides for subsequent removal in dilute acid. Nickel, chromium, cobalt, and other alloys are also successfully descaled in Scale Kleen 5.
SCALE KLEEN 9 A highly alkaline and oxidizing salt bath for metal descaling and the removal of ceramic shell material from ferrous and nickel alloy investment castings.
SCALE KLEEN 12 A highly alkaline and oxidizing salt bath used specifically as a low temperature bath for descaling titanium and stainless steel alloys. Scale becomes solublized for easy removal in dilute acid.
SCALE KLEEN 1259 A highly alkaline and oxidizing salt bath used specifically as a low temperature bath for descaling titanium and titanium alloys.
DRAW BLACK A salt designed for rapid, thorough and economical cleaning of dies, molds and miscellaneous hardware used in the fabrication of plastics. Also effective in removing paints, organic binders, oils, and carbonaceous deposits from steel parts.
DURASTRIP® M-3 A highly alkaline and oxidizing salt bath mixture that will rapidly strip all types of paint. Enamels, lacquers, varnishes, porcelain enamels, and all other types of paint, including hard to strip epoxy coatings, are rapidly and completely removed from ferrous metals.
DURASTRIP® 1500 An improved, low temperature, molten salt bath mixture that will rapidly strip all types of paint. The low temperature allows reclaim of scrap parts that can be immediately repainted without further surface preparation. Durastrip 1500 contains more active ingredients and smokes less than conventional products.
